The 3 bedroom ensuite house with outdoor spaces sits on a 20-acre property with stunning views of Mount Kenya and Loldaiga Hills. Located near the Jua-Kali area of Nanyuki about 20-25 minutes from Nanyuki town.

There is a caretaker on site to assist with light cleaning of the house washing dishes making the beds and sweeping.
The space
The house is rustic yet comfortable with great views of Mount Kenya and Loldaiga hills from the Dining Room, Living Room, Jaccuzi, and Master Bedroom.

There is a spacious living room with fully openable doors that brings a nice breeze and great natural light. The doors open to a porch where you can sit and enjoy a stunning view of Mount Kenya and Loldaiga Hills. On a cooler night, the living room has a fireplace that is great to warm up near or use our outdoor patio heaters to keep warm while seated outdoors.

Take a plunge in our heated plunge pool/jaccuzi perfect for stargaizng on a clear night.

The kitchen is equipped with a water filter, 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, cast iron skillet, and general cooking and serving cutlery and crockery. Perfect to cook a simple but tasty meal. There are some seasonal fresh herbs(lavender, rosemary, etc) on site that can be used. The kitchen is an open plan that opens up to the dining area.

The outdoor fireplace/BBQ Area is perfect for stargazing, with the fire keeping you toasty and lanterns providing some soft ambient lighting.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious King-sized bed that faces the master patio where one can get a sunrise view of Loldaiga Hills and Mount Kenya. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a bathtub in addition to a shower.

The two other bedrooms have luxurious king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms.

From the main entrance, you will be welcomed by a spiral staircase that takes you to the loft which has a desk that is perfect for catching up on some work, writing a letter, or reading.

The electricity and hot water is sustainably generated by the solar with a connection to the mains grid and a backup generator.

Nanyuki town is about a 20-25 minute drive away, and Ol-Pajeta is also around a 20-30 minute drive from the house.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire home and property.

Visit the seasonal river, just a short walk from the property. Enjoy the variety of birds that frequent and some resident herbivores such as dik-diks and some rabbits.

We kindly request you to be respectful and keep your distance from any animals you see on the premises.
Other things to note
About three and a half to four-hour relaxed drive from Nairobi, this is ideal for a quiet getaway if your looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Ol Pajeta is a 30-minute drive from the property, where you can go and get up close to Baraka the Blind Black Rhino, visit the last two remaining Northern white rhinos in the world.

Ol Jogi is a 45 minute drive away.
