CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30% Deposit required for any booking to be confirmed, the balance to be paid upon arrival
- Christmas/New Year/Easter 50% deposit upon booking and balance to be paid 1 month before.
- Payment by residents are accepted in Kenyan Shilling.
- Cancellation 7 days into arrival a 2 years voucher will be issued to be spent according to the availability of the villa and agreed with owner.
- Cancellation 5 days or less into the arrival date 100% of the booking is charged.
- No show(When guest don’t show and they don’t communicate 100% charges apply).

- A copy of ID/Passport must be produced on arrival or sent online prior to check in.
